The  GSCDC seeks to provide safe and affordable housing for residents within the Midlands of SC.  Our programs are targeted for low to moderate-income families seeking safe and affordable housing. 

 

Through our anchor project, ReCover SC Initiative,  we seek to repair 100 roofs for residents affected by the historic flood of 2015 to provide safe and healthy housing.
